Terms of service
These are the terms of sale and website use for AirFlux. They apply to every order you place with us and to your use of airfluxstore.co.uk. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
AirFlux is a trading brand of BEXTRA LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14912846, VAT number GB446408684, registered office Unit 23 Blackhill Road, Holton Heath Trading Park, Poole, England, BH16 6NL. "We", "us" and "our" mean BEXTRA LIMITED.
You can reach us by email at support@airfluxstore.co.uk, on WhatsApp at +44 7927 800235, or by post at the address above. We answer the same working day wherever we can, and always within one working day.
2. Who we sell to
We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 to place an order. If you are buying in the course of a business, sections 8 and 9 below apply differently to you: the statutory consumer protections referred to in this document are consumer rights and do not extend to business buyers, and our liability to a business buyer is limited to the price of the goods.
3. How a contract is made
Ordering follows these steps:
- You add items to your basket and go through the checkout, where you can review and change your order before confirming it.
- You place the order. This is an offer to buy, not yet a contract.
- We send you an order confirmation by email. This acknowledges that we have your order — it is still not our acceptance of it.
- We accept your order when we email to say the goods have been dispatched. The contract between us comes into being at that moment, and covers only the goods named in that email.
If we cannot accept your order — because an item is out of stock, because we have spotted a pricing error, or because we cannot supply your area — we will tell you and refund any payment in full. We do not charge for an order we have not accepted.
We file the contract terms in the sense that these terms are published here and your order confirmation is sent to you by email; we recommend keeping both. The contract is concluded in English.
4. Fitment, and what our finder does
Most of what we sell is vehicle-specific, so getting the right part matters more than usual. Our registration finder and our make, model and year picker are there to help you find it.
The registration finder identifies your vehicle from official DVSA records and shows the parts we hold for it. It is a guide rather than a guarantee: some vehicles were built in versions the record does not distinguish, and where that happens the site asks you which one you have rather than guess. Final responsibility for choosing the right part rests with you. If you are unsure, send your registration number to support@airfluxstore.co.uk before you order and we will confirm the exact part.
If the part we supply does not fit the vehicle you gave us, that is ours to put right. Tell us and we will send a free returns label and refund or replace — see our Returns and refunds policy.
5. Products, descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and where a set is shown fitted to a vehicle that vehicle is an example rather than a statement of what the set fits. The fitment information on each product page is what governs what the part suits.
Everything needed to fit the product is included, along with the fitting guide.
Products are fitted by you, following the guide supplied. Please follow it — in particular, in-channel deflectors need the windows kept up for 24 hours while the set settles into the channel, and every type should be kept out of a car wash for the first 24 hours. We are not responsible for damage caused by fitting that does not follow the guide; what happens if a set is damaged while you are fitting it is set out in our Returns and refunds policy.
6. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery is free, so the price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
We take payment when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which currently include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and other major cards, together with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Where you pay using Klarna, your credit agreement is with Klarna and is governed by Klarna's own terms.
Prices can change, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If we discover an obvious pricing error before we accept your order, we will contact you to ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price or cancel; if the error is obvious and you could reasonably have spotted it, we are not obliged to supply at the wrong price.
7. Delivery
We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Delivery is free, dispatch is same working day on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, and delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days. Full detail, including what happens if a delivery is late, is in our Delivery policy.
Goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to you or to a person you have named to receive them. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
8. Cancelling, returning, and things that go wrong
You have a legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, and we offer a further 30-day returns promise on top of it. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All three are set out in our Returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods — that they are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and supplied with reasonable skill and care.
Beyond that, if we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking them or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if at the time the contract was made both we and you knew it might happen. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not supply our products for business use, and if you use them for any commercial purpose we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
10. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier network failure or interruption to power or telecommunications. If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as we can, and where the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
11. Using this website
The website, its text, images, fitment data and design are ours or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish or systematically extract any part of it — including the fitment data — without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempt to gain unauthorised access, no automated harvesting of pages or endpoints, and nothing that could damage the site or interrupt it for other people. We may withdraw access if you do.
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Where a page is temporarily unavailable that does not affect any order we have already accepted.
12. Reviews and anything you submit
If you leave a review, you confirm that it is your own honest opinion based on genuine experience of the product, and that it is not unlawful, offensive or an infringement of anyone else's rights. You give us permission to publish it on the site and in our marketing, alongside a first name and last initial or, if you prefer, anonymously. We may decline to publish or may remove a review, but we do not edit reviews to change what they say, and we never publish a review that is not from a real customer.
13. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email support@airfluxstore.co.uk with your order number. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution scheme; free, impartial advice is available from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
14. Personal information
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy policy, which also lists every cookie and everything the site stores in your browser.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on this page at the time you placed it, so a change never applies retrospectively. The date below shows when they last changed.
16. Other terms
Each paragraph of these terms operates separately. If a court decides that any of them is unlawful, the rest remain in force. If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do, or delay in taking steps against you, that does not mean we have given up our rights.
The contract is between you and us. Nobody else has any right to enforce it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you and we can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the consumer law that applies where you live.
